MY TREATMENT MODALITIES
-
Integrative psychiatry doesn’t mean anti-medication — I believe in the value of medication while also exploring holistic methods to provide well-rounded support. If necessary, I can help by providing medication management to address underlying biochemical imbalances. Medications are prescribed with careful consideration of your individual needs to assist in minimizing unnecessary side effects. For extra support, we can integrate holistic methods to help you towards your goal in decreasing your need for medication.
-
My approach uses evidence-based, practical tools to support self-awareness, healthy boundaries, trauma healing, communication, and meaningful change. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your needs, with strategies that help you understand patterns, process experiences, and move forward with greater clarity.
Above all, therapy begins with listening—taking time to hear your story. From there, I offer supportive, practical tools to help you feel empowered in your healing and growth.

Medication can be an important part of mental health care, but it isn’t the only piece. Sleep, nutrition, movement, and daily habits all affect how you feel. We’ll work together to identify what may be getting in the way and make small, realistic changes that support steady, lasting improvement.
-
Standard lab results don’t always tell the full story. Even when values fall within a “normal” range, your body may still need additional support. When helpful, I use advanced laboratory testing to better understand nutrient levels, metabolism, and overall balance, allowing us to personalize and optimize your treatment plan.
If appropriate, I may recommend high-quality, professional-grade supplements selected for your individual needs and sensitivities. These are third-party tested for quality and can be ordered through Fullscript, where you’ll receive access to my provider discount.
